2:55 you can actually do this pretty easily via obs! in your output settings there should be an "audio track" setting that lets you enable multiple audio tracks in a recording! then in your audio mixer, selecting any audio source and clicking "advanced audio properties" allows you to pick and choose what audio source goes to each track. edit: i forgot to put this in the main post but while streaming on platforms like twitch or youtube it mainly uses the first audio track for the stream audio, so if you want to stream with this setup make sure everything is on track one! (twitch allows the second audio track to be used for vods so if you want some audio in the stream and some audio cut from the vod you can do that as well!)

if you wanna activate 2 track audio on obs heres a short simple explenation: go to your settings and head to the output tab (if not already you should swap the output mode to advanced) next you wanna head to the recording section in the output tab and activate all the audio tracks at the bottom. once done you wanna navigate to your audio mixer and click the three dots and hit advanced audio properties. There you can now choose on what audio track your desktop audio and microphone are saved on. you could for example put BOTH on the first track and then on the second ONLY the game audio and the 3rd ONLY the microphone. (im not 100% sure if this is exactly what you needed but i hope it helps 🙏sorry for the yap session)

You can go to the OBS settings and change them to record the audio separately, and even separate desktop from mic audio, therefore you can have any audio you want recorded, by OBS, in separate files. Therefore the audio should be immediately synched (since they have the same length). However you can always do it the old way and clap next to the mic, that will create a giant peak where you can synch both the audio, and the video, but you don't really need to do that anymore.

Yo mattman im currently learning how to edit and one thing you can do in obs is set different tracks for your mic and game sounds so when you edit your footage in premiere your mic will be separate from all the other sounds allowing you to edit your voice freely without interfearing with other sounds or vice versa. Mod idea for a pill: Placebo! - A pill which disguises itself. On pick-up it looks like an identified pill (e.g. if you've seen a "Full Health" pill it looks like that) but when used, does nothing. When you've used 3 of them (like with Puberty) it gives the player a random pill item (e.g. Mom's Bottle, Caffeine Pill, Placebo). This would probably be in the "Bad Pill" pool of pills since it could really screw you over (e.g. taking a Percs pill into Mega Stan and getting Placebo'd).

If this is rep+, a lot of the qual 3 items that are rlly good (knockout drops, etc) got booted to qual 2, which tbh inherently made sacred orb worse because a large pool of good (not gongo qual 4) qual 3 items are now qual 2 which is more likely to be rerolled to a quality higher

Matt you can separate audio from mic and game in OBS by right clicking your audio meters and going to advanced and then just selecting all where you want each audio source to go.

I think there should be some type of option where you can just literally detach the audio from a video and have them separately. If it's Premiere, you should be able to right click the audio and click "unlink". Then you should be free to mess with the audio however you like.
