I have some fun ideas. Can't find that email from quick blorb through a couple links. So here are a couple ideas: The Rake: Active item, 1 room charge, Brings all non-pedestal items to the next room when you go through the door, 30% chance to extinguish Tollbombs. Heart-Breaker: Passive item: When you explode a Heart it splits into half hearts. Said Halves are randomized into any type. 50% chance one half is lost instead. Blowing up a half heart randomizes it with a 25% chance of destroying it entirely.

i have an idea for an item Sawblade tears: holding down the tear button causes weaker tears to circle the origional tear, the longer the charge, the more tears interactions: moms knife - 8 (weaker) moms knives rotate around each tear, the longer the charge, the farther away each knife is brimstone - 8 thinner azazel brimstones circle each tear, you have to charge the tear fully to fire it monstro's lung - the tears circle the whole burst instead of each tear

Whisk Bender: Tears that split off to home in on multiple targets when they miss one. Straight forwards at first, but once it goes past an enemy it'll send out a smaller tear at each viable target nearby, dividing the damage evenly between each tear fragment.

Im gonna pull out an idea for the mattman community to enjoy from one of my own old ideas, hush’s tear ducts, cosmetically gives you the sunken-in hush face. But of course, gives you the tear waterfall attack. I even had synergy ideas for how some things might work, but the base attack needs to charge, for a sec before unleashing it on enemies, like a brimstone you slowly move from your position via a cross hair. Synergies i thought up; Spoon bender and other homing effects: they lock on to the nearest target 20/20, inner eye, and mutant spider: adds another cross hair next to it (20/20 is two side by side, inner eye is three in a triangle pattern, mutant soider is a square of four, etc) Aquarius: upon unleashing your blast, you gain a watery creep in a area around you, similar to free lemonade in size, moving will keep the creep but it will slowly follow instead until the blast ends. Neptunus:adds an extra bar of charge, at any point in the extra bar to release a lil to a ton of extra tears down on your enemies depending on charge like the downpour fatty’s that explode into tears. Uruanus: changes it to look more like liquid nitrogen and has a damaging cold aura around the attack area, similar to dead tooth in size. Tractor beam: you dont have a visible beam, and your tractor beam cosmetic looks more like valves and pipes, after charging, shoot a line of tiny combined row of beams. C section: occasionally your beam shoots out babies during its duration, this and others that turn your tears red, turns the beam into a bloody beam, not brimstone red, blood red. Godhead: has an aura x2 bigger then the uranus one around the blast. Feels free to add your own ideas, have fun y’all

Idk where to put suggestions for the community mod but I have a fun idea Metal Baseball Bat - changes your tears to be a close range swing of a baseball bat, you have to charge the swing and at full power fires a wave of spikes (like the skeleton moms hand or the grimaces in the mines). If you let go just as you fully charge a swing, the ground spikes change to a shockwave (similar to mama mega but only in the direction you swing) and you hear the sound of a metal baseball bat hitting a ball. The shockwave also clears any tears in its path. Damage numbers are strange with this but I imagine it would be a small multiplier of damage considering the difficulty of distance, like 1.2x or something similar. This item was inspired by stuff like the Casey from Enter the Gungeon and Tainted Samson’s/The Forgotten’s swing mechanics! Lemme know what you think and what you’d change, I hope I can bring some ideas around for others too! ❤

Ok here's an item idea Golden gates: An active item on use spends 1 coin and opens portal on your place. And the more for each coin you spend in it it opens more portals. Portals shoots nearest enemie. On 5 cointa spended it gives portal tears Isaac tear effect. On every 10 coin spend it gives portals new random tear effect. If equiped on tainted keeper it will make items cost more.
