Oh my god I love the soul hart mod! My absolute favorite isaac mod though is the metal bar falling sound as you pick up keys. It just hits the serotonin factory. Also that metal bar falling key sound mod has a variation(read: just loud and overlayed) for golden keys and opening Mega satan door. I guess technically the most important mod I have is the one that allows me to set every single song/sound cue(think secret/special rooms opening). I dont know what it is called but I highly recommend it to you cuz it allows for you to have flash, rebirth and anti-birth music at the same time. I love utero flash for example and anti-birth catherdral and Isaac.
