So happy with the money, housing, etc. conversation you all are having (I'm in the U.S.)! The expectation of people having money, defining whether a person is worthwhile, happy, living, etc. And it is looked down on to live in same home unless it is a couple and children, by mid twenties expected to live away in another place. Even though if for example kid is going to college, saving, working thier way up in a job or even making good money already but sharing a home with a parent(s) because why not (as long as they at some point are equal roommates, not still expecting mom to take care of them as if young kids still. Housing both rental and housing purchase are ridiculous! Then there is the whole encouragement of living green, not wasteful, etc...yet someone living by themselves in a 2,000 plus sq ft. home is considered acceptable, just do not share with parents. Of course person in 2,000 sq ft home can rent out rooms...but do not really see that so much anymore either...why not benefit within the family financially? Then there is the whole more people lonely living by themselves as well nowadays....ugh!

I agree...lots of interviewers, including him, can't wait for the h=guest to shut of so they can speak....they think we are only watching the interview to listen to them and not the guest....Richard Madeley is guilty of that....

LOVE Joanna! The interviewer's horrible.. The bit about money was really nauseating. "I work for a living, so I can afford anything I want...I could go out to dinner every night if I wanted to...and now there's nothing to look forward to. My happiest times were without money." Are you kidding me?? Can you hear yourself? And people are a bit more concerned about money now because back in the 60s it was actually possible to live in Britain or the States on not that much money - not so now! God, how I hate self-satisfied old people hating on the young who are suffering because of policies their generation put in place. If this guy is the one "leading Britain's conversation" then I feel very bad for Britain indeed
