Sadly the Mail appeals to a large number of Brits that love to sneer, criticise and scapegoat. Shameful is the treatment Meghan and Harry received from the British media. Meghan was the first truly 'modern' royal and the British royal family didn't have the stomach for the freshness she would have brought to the country. Now the firm has squandered its finest opportunity to enter the modern age. I have no pride in being British after her eviction, just disgust. Meghan was a guest of our country and should have been accorded the greatest respect, yet she and Harry became outcasts. Adam and Eve's eviction from the Garden of Eden is the closest parallel I can think of to define what happened. I never understand when people say why would Meghan marry into this family. Interracial marriages was not accepted in society and at one point illegal. I’m glad he has the experience to deal with these narcissists. Andrew Harry’s godfather was not mentioned in his book he didn’t talk bad about him at all. All his life he has been close to the York family. Sarah apparently showed Meghan how to curtsey. Is it because Meghan has connections to Weinstein and may have known Andrew before on the yacht before meeting Harry.

My attitude towards Harry and Meghan could have been described as 'indifferent' until about the last year or so. To me they were eye rollingly annoying self publicists but nothing more than annoying, but the hatred, malice and venom aimed at them by our 'free press' has been nothing less than jaw dropping! You can expect the usual suspects such as Clarkson and Morgan not only to toe the Murdoch line but to run with it as far as they can to please their boss, but this attitude seems to have swept through the rest of the media like syphilis. And the people pushing this infantile vendetta are supposed to be grown ups! They've got the Vote, for Gods sake! Come to think of it, that explains quite a lot about how dismally mean and sour our society's become over, ooh, the past 13 or so years. I can't for the life of me put my finger on what could possibly have happened 13 or so years ago to cause this societal malaise. Anybody else know? Answers on a postcard to Anybody Who Cares, No.10 Downing St, London. Don't expect a reply.

They were tortured by UK media without stint… lynched daily in UK on front pages for your savage entertainment.
