Nice video but there are many ways to value a company, so I do not get why this focus on EBITDA. Is it the one used for the classic case of private firms bought buy private equity firms ?

Hi this, is actually a more nuanced discussion of the root-level drivers of value creation in a traditional private equity (LBO) transaction. This is a common interview question and so we broke the core drivers down according to how the interview question is usually framed. Hopefully that helps!
