The note of one of the trumpet booster versions saying “Elliot” most likely refers to Elliott Hoffman, one of LBP3’s level designers. Riki I don’t know who that is though

You just made me realise something very displeasing. I was already disappointed that LBP3 needlessly added new characters to make the game look novel. Especially that the characters added almost nothing new to the gameplay and weren't even fully utilized. Because of you I've realised that the disappointment is even bigger. With it's power-up tool, LBP3's story mode could've shown the players the giant potential of it (kinda like LBP2 did with it's Controllinator and Creatinator). Pumpinator wasn't much and the hats and the shoes just took place where the player could've seen the capabilities the new tool offers.
