Mcqueen's expression on this mold is great. The mouth is a more subtle smile than cars 1 Mcqueen but still the same idea. The eye expression is also much closer to the actual eyes you see in Mcqueen renders too. Mcqueen's diecast always have weird eye expressions so this one is great.

Great review as always LB! You're the first one to not glaze these GRC Racers to oblivion lol. But I do actually agree with the criticism (mainly the decal quality) but these guys still look great! My favorite of the two is McQueen (he gets an 8/10) but Francesco is also nice as well (he gets a 7/10). Yeah my area seems to hate my cause I haven't found these cars at all (I keep seeing NASCARS, the clowns, and stuff from old cases). The recent scores I got were a Dj With Flames and a 2023 Raced Version Ryan Blaney. Also it does seem your McQueen has a big chip at 2:17. Unfortunate, but I can't wait to see what you do with these guys!!

Thank you and nice ratings for them! I hope your stores get the cases soon, I noticed before the case arrived my Walmarts section was reorganized so maybe look out for that ton happen to know when your store has them. Congrats on you scores!

the WGP mold that is used to this day could've always been better from the start: Mattel used to have a (honestly) superior version of this mold in the cars 2 playsets in 2011 which couldve easily been used for the main lineup; to this day i still don't get why they downgraded mcqueen's bumper for his HHPC and WGP releases including this one. awesome review, LB!
