Hi, I have problem with PHILIPS 32PHT4201 T-con is 32HD Dual Gate_X-PCB-X0.0, 47-6001317 has lines on bottom. I have voltage is 12v, 3.3v, -8v (not -6v) , 16v, vref is 1.2v (I dont have Oscilloscope and can not to check), 31v(not 35v) this voltage is normal or not?
