I think magnum doesn’t need slot 2 speed as he gain atb with his passive if drafted correctly.

His elenoa seems to be on vio will full support stats Imo that's kinda weak since she can't vio proc after s3 and doesn't gain anything from a proc after s2 Despair Will with decent speed/hp/accuracy and some atk to land debuffs on Douglas is the ideal build I have her and tried multiple builds

Most likely because those options are not officially supported by Com2US and can potentially get your account banned. They've been very clear about that. Furthermore, several emulators are shitty companies, like Blue Stacks, which is especially bad about introducing viruses to your PC. Having not seen your comment I can't say if the latter reason applies at all, but the former definitely does.

Tbh id gladly watch the stomp matches, rta is all about making people realize they are bad and have bad luck. *cries in violent procs*. Matchmaking isnt off btw, if you win too many they think you are smurfing. happens in every game. Lose 1-2 to reset the counter
