Recent subscriber. Absolutely love the content. I work in Hatton Garden and I was weirdly excited when you went passed the front door of my office! XD I cycle into work and fully agree that central is full of idiots. Cyclists can be a nightmare, but pedestrians are comfortably the biggest danger in the city. Wandering around, normally on their phone or with noise cancelling headphones on... totally oblivious when crossing a busy London street! Madness

Just found the channel, very interesting seeing how London flows. There may be value in getting a Flip Up helmet so you can show your face without removing your helmet. They're good for parcel collection or even going into Petrol Stations when paying for fuel.

I must say with this parcel drop off platform is much better than delivering food. Especially with the time target, gives you a sense of extra motivation! 😊 You are lucky to be able to work one day with parcel delivery and next day with food. Much more flexibility when it comes to type of work.

The earnings seem pretty similar per hour with gophr. Why do you still choose to do food deliveries? Seems extra hassle with drink spills and waiting around at restaurants etc. Is there something meh with gophr?

Goohr is only good on the weekdays as its mostly b2b and food delivery is best in the evenings and weekend, alot less stress than food delivery but more enjoyable

Why are the delivery times so damn tight, knowing you are delivering in London..It is quite unfair to have your personal score / reputation lowered with Gophr if the traffic is just insane. i would of done the knowledge and got into the black taxi game however i chose to do my electrical qualifications as i think it wont die out faster than the black taxi trade would, not only that i can work all over the world with the electrical knowledge and still get paid much more

Question, how are you doing these deliveries on an E-Bike that only has a 56 mile range? I have a Car with a range of 202 and I rarely reach that driving very normally (I am no boy racer for sure), I can't imagine there is much difference for Electric Motorbikes and even if that wasn't the case, 56 miles seems like very few deliveries when you might occasionally have to go 5 miles just for 1 direction, not even counting the distance to pick up in the first place...Seems unviable to me?

The Nui NQi cargo has a 2.4 KWh battery. Around £0.72 to charge from empty to full during the daytime, 60 pence overnight, depending on the cost of your electricity supplier. In London traffic, that gives about 50 miles of range. When most journeys are under 2 miles, electric road fuel is going to cost him under 50p for a shift. That's compared to about a litre of fuel on a 125 moped, electric saves about £1 on that shift. The initial outlay is more on electric bikes, because the cost of the battery is the most expensive part, but servicing and maintenance is cheaper because electric bikes have fewer moving parts and don't need engine oil. Over the life of the bike, the total cost probably works out about the same.
