What can we do to change this? Listen to our message and see if we have something to offer you. My life began when I heard this message of restoration , I stand in wonder that I was one of the few who was able to see the the fulfilling of the many prophecies of another book to come forth in the latter days that would stand with the Holy Bible as a second witness of the of our Savior Jesus Christ.

I wish my grandpa could have met Elder Uchtdorf. He was also a pilot who loved to talk about flying. Eventually, he had to give up his license because of a heart condition. But, several years later, in spite of there being little hope for Grandpa's survival, President Nelson operated on him and extended his life for another 25 years! As you can imagine, my family is very grateful to the Lord and President Nelson for that.

You will feel a greater measure of God’s unsurpassable love swelling within your heart. They have to seek out inspiration for their calling and that's a tough job that I wouldn't want to have by any means. But if you were having a problem and wanted to go to a general authority to help you with it much like you would go to the Savior for his love empathy and understanding who would you go to? 14:32 "the dawn of celestial light will penetrate the shadows of your trials" But my trials are to not have joy, and the Spirit was cut off for several years. My trial is to endure alone, in spiritual darkness, without comfort, guidance, or direction. That is the the very nature of the trial Heavenly Father has given me, and is almost beyond my ability to bear.

There is no depth to which you can descend where the Savior cannot find you. No matter how far down you have gone, He has gone down further. No matter how dark it is for you, He has been in darker, whatever comfort or guidance or direction has been stripped from, it was stripped from Him a thousand fold. You may not have much joy at this time, and your path forward might be bleak, and the light in your life may be very faint, but He is there with you even in that dreary and dark place. He is within your reach even now where you are. If joy and light and comfort aren't there, He is there, and He will patiently walk that lonely road by your side. Over time and step by step, maybe over a long time, He will lead you out of there and back into the light where you belong. Your trial maybe to endure a lonely path, but you are not completely alone. He is within your reach, and more importantly, your are within His.

Dear Elder, I didn't know that every member of the church who works in the field of aviation is mocked and ridiculed by elders or senior members of the church. What about workers, merchants,doctors, and others? What about those who are poor and joined the church, having no financial support to move forward in life? However, we joined with humility and true faith in Jesus Christ,believing that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saint is the true. We are resolving our life challenges on our own.Yet others always showed us that we are sinners and we judged for tithing which we were homeless .So what type of job and servitude is valuable to you?that we may choose it and avoid being ridiculous. There are allot of people that are hurt and have hard lives that have been deprived blessings in in this life. They want to feel the empathy first and then they'll be ready for the other things. Of course what Nelson says is the way to access blessings from our father in heaven. But some people want to be heard and felt first before they can move to the next step.
@MrNashtyone8 ай бұрын
I hear you brother. Some apostles and prophets have never really been empathetic even though Nelson is telling people the way to access blessings. Which I have no doubt if everyone kept their covenants they would all be highly highly blessed from the Lord. He is saying what he should say even though there are many that want to feel that Christ like love and empathy from their prophet.

Wonderful talk! I know that Elder Uchtdorf is a true apostle of Jesus Christ, and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Christ's New Testament Church restored to the earth again. Some of the facts that point to the true church is a church with: apostles, prophets, preachers, teachers, evangelists (patriarchs), etc. Also, the priesthood which comes not from degrees in theology, but instead comes from God through his authorized servants by the laying on of hands. None of Christ's original apostles were choosen because of theological education, but rather, they were choosen by God, because he saw potential in them. The use of temples are another one. Isaiah prophesied: " In the last days the mountain of the LORD’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it." - Isaiah 2:2 NIV Holy Bible The temple was also used post Resurrection of Jesus Christ, by his apostles. I think it's Luke 24:53, and again in acts 3. There are other things that I believe point to the fact that this is Jesus Christ's church, but these are some examples of ones that I though that I would share.
