Descrizione della chiesa:
La chiesa di Sant'Agostino è l'edificio religioso dell'omonimo quartiere di Albignasego, cittadina alle porte di Padova, è stata creata giuridicamente il 18 ottobre 1970, ospitava piccola comunità di 2.000 abitanti sparsa nei campi che col tempo si è ingrandita e ha accolto numerose famiglie.
Un tempo vi era il vecchio oratorio del Baraccon che è stato sostituito con una chiesa dallo stile architettonico decisamente moderno a forma di tenda, per ricordare che Dio abita in mezzo al suo santo popolo e che questo sulla Terra è sempre in cammino. È stata inaugurata il 26 agosto 1978 e nel 2007 la chiesa è stata restaurata e sono stati installati un nuovo tabernacolo e nuove vetrate. Successivamente è stato eretto il nuovo centro parrocchiale che congiunge la parrocchia con la scuola materna.
Descrizione del campanile:
La chiesa non possiede campane, ma un campanile elettronico Seles CET-R che in questo video simula il programma 16 (suona la melodia "È l'ora che Pia" o Ave Maria di Lourdes).

Description of the church:
The church of Sant'Agostino is the religious building of the homonymous district of Albignasego, a town on the outskirts of Padua, was created legally on 18 October 1970, It housed a small community of 2,000 inhabitants scattered in the fields that over time has grown and has welcomed many families.
Once there was the old oratory of the Baraccon that was replaced with a church with a decidedly modern architectural style in the form of a tent, to remember that God lives among his holy people and that this on Earth is always on the move. It was inaugurated on August 26, 1978 and in 2007 the church was restored and a new tabernacle and stained glass windows were installed. The new parish centre connecting the parish with the kindergarten was later erected.
Description of the bell tower:
The church does not have bells, but an electronic bell tower Seles CET-R that in this video simulates the 16th programme (it rings the melody "Ave Maria of Lourdes").
