En fait je fréquente ce lieu et je ramasse déjà les mégots sur la plage et les laisses de mer en matière plastique. Et bien sûr, je ne fume pas (c’est trop cher).

@@bernardlevrier8977I commend you for doing that, it is very admirable. You can see though how it is impracticable, from the perspective of a city/municipal government, to expect/rely on such actions of charity and goodwill, when the sad reality is that the vast overwhelming majority of people will not do this. For every good citizen like yourself, there are hundreds who will litter, and hundreds more who will walk past the trash and do nothing. That is the problem, which is a larger discussion, about the dream of limited government in a world of selfish, feral people. It seldom actually works. For example in my country of the United States right wing politicians think the free market will create a perfect healthcare system, but the reality is people are selfish and the market is anarchic, so people are sick without care and are bankrupt due to greed. It’s why I actually why want to move to France, where my grandmother grew up, because your government understands, at least more than the US, the importance of strong government. My apologies if my comment offended, I meant no disrespect. I hope to learn French one day, it is a beautiful language. You are lucky to live in such a great country.
