You can watch his other recent battles and even when he is unfamiliar with a song he quickly is able to pick the beat apart and find his moments. I think all of Yudat is very strong at this to be fair. Strong foundation and high level musicality.

Because it gives him/her the opportunity to read the room and assess your limitations and then incorporate it in their own round to edge yours. That's why most dancers don't like going first except they are sure you can't possibly top whatever they'll do...
