It's also the reference for the, "Xena: Warrior Princess", theme song. If you don't know the series you should check it out. It's amazing and the choir does other songs for different scenes as well. My favourite is the ,"Warrior Princess", that is a battle song. I think Kaval Sviri inspired that too.

Hi, just wanted to point this because I saw it in a couple of other translations. The word "ябанджийче(yabandzhiiche)" that is in the song does not mean foreigner, like from another country. A proper translation is "stranger" like from another village, town. Think a little, can a foreigner play a folk instrument kaval?
