Very smart of them to get diversity in some groups because it just amplifies the Kpop industry when more people from their international audience see representation I guess. I think what's important is as long as they speak Korean, it's still Kpop. We'll probably see a future landscape of mixed groups: those who are mostly Korean nationals (of mixed ethnicities) and mixed ethnicities AND nationalities doing more international-focused Kpop.
