+shjff0404 i been watching conan since 1997 and sometimes i get to see not really enjoying the person he is interviewing. Check 2:05 mark, you could tell by conans face he is holding his laugh of amusement thinking that this interview is not going really well.

I think that's up to interpretation. You could take that as him laughing at the ridiculousness of the whole joke, or that he's laughing at himself because that wasn't his best line, which is what I thought. There are certainly more of those laugh-suppressing moments here than in his other interviews, which I took as Conan genuinely laughing to himself. Anyhow, only he will know for sure.
