I have to agree that she is phenomenal! She is my queen!👑 But a lot of people sing with their hands moving. It could be the Italian in them (if they are Italian like Lea) or Sopranos(High-Very high voice. They use their 'head voice'). It is most common in those types of people but it could have exceptions. The only reason I know this is because I had to do research for chorus(I'm a singer)
