To answer your question yes we do speak like that combining english and tagalog in a sentence we called it taglish..we can easy switch and combine words together to form a sentence and it became our everyday conversations..

Its called "taglish"(Tagalog and English), which a common language to our country. Tagalog or Filipino is our National Language and English is the second language.
