I know this comment is 7 years old, but I'm gonna answer anyways for future viewers. This song comes from the lost movie "Si Yin Kuy" and it is based on a historical Chinese general named "Xue Rengui" and hence, the Chinese themes. Also, they are dressed in Korean clothing for some unknown reason. Not Chinese
