What is it about Lea Toran Jenner that so appeals to me? Her grace? Her athleticism? Her altogether wholesomeness! She's concentrating on her art and Cyr wheel technique, not on showing herself off. In short, she's a girlfriend! Have to add - she looks so happy when she's performing. It's as if it's the greatest joy to her.

Spinning towards the heart is always right spin. Even our cells spin that way when one is in right spin.

Usually people naturally spin in one direction or the other... me it's the left :) most people, I would say 2/3 spin to the left, and the others spin to the right. There is no easier direction... and usually people can only spin in one and not both directions ;)

I feel that i want to start to do this beautiful acrobatic exercises by the cyr wheel But i don't know what is better to make one by my self and start to training and after that buy one more good. 2. Yo se que también hablas español y me gustaría preguntarte si tengo ue saber algunos trucos de acrobacia y como elijo una Cyr rueda para mi peso 55 kilos y mido 1.59.
