You always sound like a senior NCO in the Marine Corps. When I was still in the Corps and playing in that big sandbox in southwest Asia, the older Marines would always say, "You drinking water? You have water? You hydrated? Drink some water!" After about ten years, I found myself telling my own young troops the same thing!
@mikeknowles80174 жыл бұрын
Spent a little time once in my checkered past in the middle of July in that sandbox in a civilian capacity. Can't even imagine how you guys handled it. You don't realize how dehydrated you are because you don't actually sweat. At least that's how it seemed. Hats off to you!

Having grown up around my grand fathers farm here in Ky where they grew a little corn and did hay and cattle mostly, on 1,000 acres its hard for me to fathom the scope of your operation and the investment and expense that you have on such an operation. I was thru your part of the country a few years back and was awe struck by the size of the fields. Good luck on everything....

Cale. How do you film with the black bars at the top and bottom where the wide screen is wider? However, is it wider where you added the black bars yourself. The wide screen in the video of yours looks very close to the 2.35 wide screen ratio that Jaws was filmed in. I wonder if you are using a camcorder with an attached wide screen lens for that size screen that you filmed this video in. So far, everything I know of that anyone can buy films with a wide screen in the 1:85 wide screen ratio that is the same size screen that Lethal Weapon was filmed in. I'd love to make my home-movies in the big screen in the 2:35 wide screen ratio. I'm sorry to rattle on.

No problem Great question. I film using different GoPros and my phone so it's probably a matter of what media size the GoPro was set up at the time

How do you film in a wider screen format? Normally we can all film with the 1:85 ratio and with this video, it's almost with the 2:35 ratio. You filmed with nearly an extra 20% of the wide screen that the rest of us film with. I love watching yours and Laura's videos.

Love the airplane shot! Would a "go to pivot" check list be of any help? I used my car for a particular job that I did so often that I could remember putting stuff in but it would be from another time. A check list helped make sure I had what I needed on this job this time.
