Very nice work. There's another video on KZbin where the guy clamps it together with a great deal of tension. This can cause the horn to play stuffy. You took your time to get a proper fit before final assembly. Bravo!

How do you remove dents from a leadpipe?I have a few in my shop.I also have some that are bent downward.

we have special dent balls that are in different sizes that we would pull into the lead pipe to remove the dents.

That is a treated polishing cloth for silver.

QUESTION! Is it possible to attach a Blackburn leadpipe for Bach horns to a Yamaha horn? I know they are different but I want to know if there is a way at all (even if I have to take it somewhere).

Sorry, no. They are too specific for length, diameter, etc.

We don't know. You might have to find a donor horn to take parts off of.

That is a liquid flux. It allows the solder to become fluid and move more easily.

Great video showing the process, but (speaking for myself) that stupid music was absolutely HORRIFIC. Would be much more helpful to explain what's being done, even if it's a voice-over than hitting the mute button after 5 seconds to save my sanity. ;-)
