Leadership Wisdom (Redefined): My own wisdom on Leader & Leadership based on my personal connects with the world around me and the universe, just to share; What we all need now is `Leadership in millions not one or two', across the world. One who is selfless and restrict desires to earn resources required to deliver different personal roles & responsibilities of life, invades hearts of many and not land or territories. Who unites people on a constructive and common objective. `True Leader' is one who holds more solutions than problems at any given point of time. `True Leadership' is all about one who foresees and delivers on people's / organisation's priorities, before anyone can even start to think-of anything as an issue or a problem. Only a good long-term planner can be a good leader. One who believes that `To become the strongest is to make others stronger and not weaker' One who understands that `Knowledge' turns boundary-less, when it transforms itself from `Learned' to `Written down, Intuitive' ones and is achieved through self-realisation. (or) in other words, one who is able to establish his own `Universal Identity’ and `Purpose of existence’ without taking pride of both. One who is in `Command & in demand’ in most portion of current life and remembered with positive effect, through thousands of years after his death. One who has wider acceptability by the large sections of living population (includes all living things) of the world in his area of delivery. One who engages & allows everyone in his team to think, have a team of approximately 6-10 people to analyse & shortlist thoughts and ideas, takes courageous, inclusive & informed decisions for his team, takes responsibility of failures, does not own but share success with his team, enjoys the benefits of success last. One who is identified by his special talent and skills by large sections of people. One who creates awareness and support in areas where people are unaware about their own real problems (or) on known areas where they have lost their hope. One who takes many `Avatars’ on dialogue and discussions depending upon the circumstances to deal with the problems, leading through to successfully implemented solutions, speaks less and delivers more on promises. Living by the principles of social equality and respect that is widely accepted across the living planet. One who foresees & considers the well-being of the people (even a smallest of groups) first, on all his decisions. One who can influence the most influential personalities towards a constructive direction. One who has many followers at the back and not on front. Start benchmarking yourself now.
