I realize this is an old video, but I just wanted to say, another sad part of MLMS is if you don't climb the ladder, you're considered a failure who didn't boss babe hard enough. I could be wrong but I'm guessing this is Jessie Lee and she definitely pushes the mentality of if you fail it's because you didn't want it enough or you didn't work hard enough. When the reality is, like you said, these companies are built on the backs of the 99%. They literally depend on all of the people at the bottom.

One of the seriously problematic things I always notice in recruiting pitches and opportunity calls is this “us versus them” and reinforcement of a completely unrealistic, ridiculous “dream” of disposable income or as she calls it, “Target money.” I’m so glad you said what you did, that people who are wealthy live within a budget,, not just people living paycheck-to-paycheck. It’s called being financially responsible! Someone making 6 figures in a REAL job with benefits, a consistent paycheck, etc., still likely create and live on a budget because - foreign concept it seems to these Huns - it’s how they build financial security, improve their credit scores, and work towards big things like buying a home. But that’s not what sells, that’s not sexy - the pitch past “pay your bills” is unlimited Target money, high end cars, luxury handbags, shoes, sunglasses, etc. So while we already know that the pitch of financial freedom and empowerment is utter garbage, they also clearly are selling a lifestyle where financial SECURITY isn’t the point. Because they push so hard that every penny that comes in (of revenue, NOT profit), they have to reinvest! And build more! Don’t put it in a savings account! All the while saying things like generational wealth. But preach spending everything. It’s gross. The US provides no financial literacy education which is a huge issue - and the Huns continue to exploit the lack of that understanding. That became long-winded, apologies if it didn’t make sense. The only thing I can say about Boss Lee that isn’t 100% absolutely negative is that it’s kind of absurd that her laugh sounds like a seal or sea lion or whatever.

I think we (the Anti MLM community) should approach theses huns like the scammers they really are. We should make pose as potential recruits (victims) and just waste their time. Stall, lead them on, act like we're intrested. At least that way, we will keep them busy chasing a useless lead and so they will not go after someone who doesn't know that this is really a pyramid scam.
