Kind of glossed over the importance of the bayonet charge of the 1st Mn. It wasn't one Confederate brigade, it was two. The 1st Mn went into action with 262 men, and 212 became casualties within 5 mins.

Lewis Armistead struggled with his studies at West Point and did not graduate. His father got him his commission in 1839. He also famously broke a plate over Jubal Early's head at one point. Hancock also lost his home state of Pennsylvania in the election. Never a good sign.

I'm fascinated by this anecdote. Do we know WHY Armistead broke the plate over Early's head?

American Generals commanding areas of the South? Where have I heard this before? Sounds very much like the rule of the Parliamentary Major Generals after the English Civil Wars.

In 1863 Cleveland Ohio, there was a statue of a Queen Warrior Statue With a Kemet Egypt Tartarian Headpiece On Her Head and The CIVIL WAR MEN on the bottom of the statue. Who is that woman? In 1907 The headpiece was changed to a Harriett Tubman Headscarf and now The statue is of a European Man. I want to know was this Queen Candace?

The pronunciation of the Confederate general name is heath, although it doesn't have an a in its spelling. Ya don't believe me,watch Gettysburg. Robert E. Lee wouldn't mispronounce a persons name. I don't think too much of this narrator,he keeps repeating himself.
