Azad Samaj Party chief and Nagina MP Chandra Shekhar, in an exclusive interview with Quint Hindi's Shadab Moizee, said that the leaders with copies of the Constitution in their hands had never even opened it before. Asked if he has "hijacked" Mayawati's 'Dalit Politics', the MP said that while she is a senior Dalit leader, it was now his time to take forth the work she had done.

Please analyze it for academic debate and discussion. किस बात का Reservation लेते हे OBC SC ST. थोड़ा तो चरम करना चाहिए। OBC SC ST शायद बोलते है की उनके और उनके पूर्वजों की ऊपर 5000 सालो से अन्याय हुआ था, वो लोग पिछड़ा बन गया। अगर ऐसा बात हे तो वो लोग खुद अपने पूर्वजों को मूर्ख और कायर बोल रहे हैं। किया उनके पूर्वज मूर्ख थे हजारों सालो तक। बेशर्मी की हद पर हो गया? यादव 400 साल शासन करने की बाद भी आज Reservation पाने की लिए पिछड़ा हो गया। Ahom 600 साल शासन करने की बाद भी पिछड़ा। आदिवासी का खुद का राज रानी मंत्री था फिर भी आज केसे पिछड़ा? Nadars, Mudaliar, Vanniyar, Vellalar, Gounder, Reddiars आदि forward caste केसे पिछड़ा हो सकता है। जात, गुजरात के राजपूत आदि केसे पिछड़ा हो सकता है। तेलंगाना जहा पर निजाम का शासन था वहा पर मुस्लिम केसे पिछड़ा हो सकता है। मराठा को केसे backward status मिल गया। हैदराबाद जहा निजाम का शासन था वहा मुस्लिम केसे पिछड़ा बन गया। कर्नाटक जहा पर टीपू सुल्तान की शासन था वहा केसे मुस्लिम पिछड़ा हो गया। The Power of Vote Bank. किया Reservation का मतलब Vote Bank? Ambedkarite ने किया इक मुफ्तखोर की फोज बना दिया? थोड़ा चरम करना चाहिए। Example: भारत के कुछ बुनकर समुदाय दलित हे। ब्रिटिश ने पूरे भारत के कपड़ा उद्योग और लोगो का व्यापार खतम कर दिया था? उनका जीवन काफी मुस्किल कर दिया था लेकिन दुर्भाग्य हे की आज कुछ लोग General caste को गाली देते है बिना कुछ जाने? ठीक उसी तरह दूसरे दलित समुदाय जैसे कुम्हार, लोहार आदि अन्य के जीविका को बरबाद कर दिया था ब्रिटिश ने। पुराने समय मे ये आज के दलित लोग शहरो के आस पास रहते थे कियूकि उनको आसानी होते थे अपने सामान बेचने के लिए। लेकिन आज के ये सब दलित सोचते हे की वो untouchable है? कितना बड़ा झूठ। भारत दुनिया की सबसे धनी और well balanced disciplined देशों था। भारत को छोड़ कर दूसरे सभी पुराने Civilization खतम हो गया। आर्थिक रूप से काफी बेहतर थे आज के दलित और पिछड़े। सबसे आराम की जिन्देगी आज के दलित और पिछड़ों की थे? अगर तुलना किया जाय यूरोप, अरब और दूसरे देशों से तो भारत के आज के दलित और पिछड़ों की काफी बेहतर जिंदगी जीते थे। दूसरे तरफ ब्राह्मण और क्षत्रिय को काफी मुस्किल के सामना करना परता था। उनके कारण आज के OBC SC ST की पूर्वज काफी हद तक Tension Free Social life जीते थे। लेकिन फिर भी Reservation पाने के लिए और Victim Card खेलने के लिए Reservation Mafia शायद झूठ की ऊपर झूठ फैलाते रहते है? ब्रिटिश ने अंबेडकर जी को सम्मानित भी किया था। अंबेडकर जी के पिताजी और दादाजी दोनो ब्रिटिश और East India Company मे सैनिक थे। उन्होंने ब्रिटिश खिलाफ शायद आवाज भी नहीं उठाया था जिस ब्रिटिश ने पूरे विश्व मे लूटपाट किया था। If we are not incorrect. Bhagavadgita, a person will be referred with the Varna(caste) based on His Karma ( activities, deeds) and Guna (qualities) and not by his birth. *Manusmriti 10.65* asserts that Brahmin can become Shudra and Shudra can become Brahmin. Similarly Kshtariyas and Vaishyas can also change their Varnas. If we are not incorrect. Merabai was Rajpoot. Her guru was dalit Ravidas and Ravidas's guru was Ramananda a Brahman. *Example of Shudra became Brahmin.* Valmiki, Rishi Matanga, Vyadha Geeta, Sant Tukaram, Gulabrao Maharaj. Deva Dasimayyah in Karnataka who was weaver (Shudra) and had many Brahmin disciples or Pambatti Siddhar who was a snake charmer (Shudra) and had a Namboodri Brahmin disciple Sri Sivaprabhakara Siddhayogi Paramahamsar. But Sadly as per Constitution, Caste is being determined by birth? Please fight against this Votebank based Reservation system. Government/Constitution should immediately accept legally that Reservation is purely a Votebank based system. It will atleast stop hatred towards hard working General Caste People. दुख की बात है की शायद कुछ OBC SC ST के Parents अपने खुद की बच्चे की पढ़ाई की जोमेदारी नही लेना चाहते है? General caste के Parents आज की महगाई की जमाने मे अपने बच्चे के साथ OBC SC ST के बच्चे का भी responsibility लेना पर रहा है। शायद IIT मे सरकार ने General caste के बच्चे का फीस बढ़ा दिया है और SC ST का फीस माफ कर दिया। OBC के बच्चे को अधिक scholarship दे दिया। सरकार के पास तो कोई पैसा का पेड़ नही है, इसे कारणों से General caste के Parents को काफी मेहनत करना पर रहा है अपने और OBC SC ST के बच्चे के लिए। और रिटर्न मे उनको और उनके बच्चे को गाली दिया जा रहा है और शोषण (exploitation)किया जा रहा है शायद? Future मे General caste के बच्चे को किसी तरह अगर selection हो भी जाएगा IIT IIM जेसे institution मे, Parents पढ़ा नही पाएंगे। अब 20-35 लाख रुपए चाहिए। बाद मे ये 40-50 लाख हो जायेंगे। Reservation Policy is probably a death trap for General caste people? If we are not incorrect, In Mumbai IIT a SC student had died by Suicide. Most probably for academic failure. But entire left ecosystem had started to blame all General caste people. Even his father had blamed his General caste friends and seek punishment. But fortunately the boy had a letter before Suicide, where he blamed a Muslim boy. When the letter came to light entire left ecosystem or Ambedkarite backed out from protest immediately. Just imagine if the boy didn't write the letter Ambedkarite would had punished innocent General caste students and teachers like Rohith Vemula case. Now Telengana Police under Congress Government has given report that Rohith Vemula was not a dalit. If we are not incorrect Rohit had actually beaten a original Dalit student. Please look into Puja Khedkar the Crorepati OBC case. Please go to Court and ask for safety of General caste people or Non Reserved People. There should be a constitutional safeguard from Votebank based Reservation system or from highly dangerous OBC SC ST politics. There should be a National Commission for Non Reserved People like NCBC. There should be same Fees, Scholarship to students irrespective of Caste. There should be officially banned some words like Dalits, Backward, SC, OBC to identify people. They should be officially identified as Privileged Caste. The people who has Privileged to do exploitation. If someone would say that OBC SC ST is just a Economic upliftment policy of Government in court that's would be fantastic because they will officially accept they are EWS not OBC SC ST. Please analyze and Share Screenshot on WhatsApp & Factbook. Although OBC SC ST might hate and Exploit you but Fight for Your Rights until Justice delivered.

संविधान कैसे बना । polity book by Laxmi kant पढ़ लेना पता चल जाएगा उसका कवर पेज की डिजाइन किसने बनाई। संविधान के निर्माण में अम्बेडकर का योगदान के आलावा और भी कितने लोग बिना वेतन लिए काम किए हैं। भीमटों को यही लगता है कि संविधान सिर्फ अम्बेडकर ने लिखा है । संविधान पर सबसे ज्यादा हक कांग्रेस का है। चन्द्रशेखर पहले ये खुद पढ़े संविधान की प्रस्तावना कहां से आई। और संविधान में उसकी भूमिका क्या है ।😂
