Ah yes...I played this game (Clone Armies)and it took me hours to grind and win each level. The fact you only have few clones to use makes this even harder and more challenging.

the older versions of this game had your past clones infinite health, the enemies could aim up and down, they had no cover, and there was a hero unit you could customise (I had mine just be a glorified private), some missions were also different the escort was called the hero where you unlock the hero but it changed into something else and is now changed into the escort some units were also changed: jetpack could actually fly, Jeep had the same misiles as the robot boss (but angled diagonal up), and the reaper was the same as the robot boss but with a chainsaw wich then changed into those rockets and is now a lazer that kills the user the robot boss had a change too, his rockets have now limited range the last few levels had a different background: there were words calling the main villain here the “greatest villain of google play” it’s still there but faded and the final boss didn’t have a melee attack i don’t see the plot explaination you usually see at the first level I think this game is it’s own sequel: those faded words, the cybernetics on main villain, lack of explanation…

Yes I also used to play this and I remember the Mortar with the 5 rounds of ammunition, but was sad when they removed The soldier that you could customized.

Ranged units can't shoot units standing on the exact same place as them, so commandoes can kill them with minimum damage given that you can close the gap fast and dodge bullets with its speed and high jump height
