Awareness, that's the key. I like the "Make Up" concept: difficult to put it on, but it should be easy to take off, right? But it has one little problem: habit. Developing habits is a capacity, but at the same time, it's a drawback. It's with awareness that we boost the power of all our capacities, including understanding our habits and overcoming them when change demands a new paradigm. It all makes so much sense! Thanks, BK, for such enlightening talks.
