What is the job role of RM DSF in PB

Glad you visited elegant factory. RM i am assuming relationship manager DSF might be related direct sales. Agar yahi hai then I think saara work sales ke related hi hone vala hai . In addition till the issue of the policy aapko aapke customer ki har query ka dhyan rakhna hoga so that you can create a liaison with them .

Sales me Bhai company apni traf se leads deti hai . So I can say customers ki Kami nahi hogi aapke paas . PB portal pe aapko leads mil hi jayengi .

It is tough to get join again specially when you left the company at such early stage. But you can try . Apne trainer se pooch lo ki kya possible hai .Aap apne HR spokes se Milne ka try Karo ,agr office Jana pde to chale jao . Email I'd hai to uspe try karo .khi se to response aa hi jayega . Agar rejoin ka kuch process hoga tb vo aapko bta denge . My humble request to you is ki aap iss treh ki jitni bhi company hai unme try Karo interview Dene ki . Buddy , investment & insurance are two different things . Ye dono ek nhi hai. Investment me aap Paisa invest karte ho taki aapko return mil sake . Insurance me aap apni health or family or vehicle or apne bank balance etc. Ko secure karte ho . Unke bare me jitna jroori hai utna pdh lo .

Bro i m going for interview at policy bazar on 14th October....i have previously worked for Airtel prepaid process in 2016-17 for 7 months so can i place this as experience in my resume and my second question is that whether we have to choose the post such as ASC or NRI or of customer support or investment or whether they assign us the post based on interview.... please help me out with this

Buddy ,if you have experience of 7 months ,i believe that you should use it in your resume. Counter questions ke liye prepare well like why did you left your previous job . They assign these post on their own . Associate sales consultant me NRI department ke liye aapki English fluent honi chaiye . Vaise agar aap final round me i.e. ur operations round aap interviewer ko bta skte ho ki aap kon sa department chahte ho . Iske baad counter questions honge agar interviewer aapse impress ho gya to job pakki. Lekin department assign company vale hi karte hai and unki recruitment ASC ki post ke liye hi jyada chalti hai . And ASC ke andar aapki sales profile hoti hai. I am not sure about customer executive process ki iss profile ke liye interview kab hote hai .

@@elegantfactory2638 thanks bro....Bro English in my mind is good enough....but I have never ever communicated with someone in English because I have never been in such environment so don't know weather it will work or not 😂😂 So bacially there will be 2 rounds of interview....one with HR and 2nd will be ops round....ryt??

@@TarunSharma-fz9bs Yes buddy . You will face two rounds. First one is HR and second is ops. HR round me aapki communication+ personality chk ki jayegi . Ops round basically deals with your personality only . And I humbly request you to please practice some questions by chanting loud . Jo bhi aapke brain me hai use speak karna bhot jroori hai , whether kisi ke saamne nahi to akele hi . e.g. aap try kar skte ho Tell me about yourself vala question . Agar aap 1.5-2 minutes bol paa rahe ho then there are high chances ki aap interview nikal loge .
