I love what you do Mike! This year I was inspired to buy a bamboo bike and bike 11 miles to school. Yesterday I watched the video of you running 15 miles to work. NOW I plan on not only biking to school but also running:)) Thank you so much for you inspiration! You are the perfect example of what 100% fruits and veggies can do!

For a 34 year old this is truly incredible. I'm on the path of raw foods too, but i personally choose to eat more wild foods like dandelions than fruit.. High quality fruits are quite expensive where I live, but I do try to get some. I eat mainly weeds, sea weeds, veg, fruit, mushrooms, herbs and some nuts and seeds. I love it!

What kind of shoes are you running in for asphalt marathons? I'm using Merrill Barefoots for training and form development, but I feel like the longer I run in them, the worse my feet feel. I'm thinking a little cushion may be in order, as these shoes are very minimalistic.
