I’m wearing my Gang Friends Hoodie, drinking coffee, and watching you. MG is just the best! When I do any kind of nail art, I have to completely zone out and not think too much about what I’m doing. I get too for into my head, and then I lose all of my hand/eye coordination! So tapping, pressing, blending - that is all right up my (zoning out) alley!

Gorgeous! I DO love the clear glitter done as matte and then adding the gel to larger chunks. I think it makes it sparkle more! I especially love the green, Nature’s Gift. Basically my favorite shade of green 😊

I hope this makes sense because I know nothing about pottery, but the wings of the butterflies remind me of the part of pottery making when the artist puts the final glaze on the colored areas and when it comes out of the kiln, it almost transforms into these bursts of vibrant colors. I am OBSESSED, these are beautiful!

A single piece of glitter is a sparkle and can be mistaken for a fairy if seen in the right light… it will also drive my mil insane (this woman will scrape glitter off Christmas cards before she puts them up (😂)) so it’s always worth dropping a sparkle in a dark corner…. Bwah ha ha!!!

lol!!! The greeting! Here in Norn Iron, well the bit I’m in we say “augh hiya! How ya doing?!” While walking on!! 😂🤣😂 the usual response is, “good thanks! Yourself?” Still while walking on. Makes me laugh all the time. There are certain people you actually follow up with but how we know the difference between a walk on interaction and a stop and chat interaction is a mystery. Maybe we are good at body language. Although some people suck at it as they reaallllly can’t tell it’s a “walk on” greeting. Ok. I think I over explained that nicely. 😂 This set is sooooo gorgeous and clever! Super pretty. I want the top coat. If I buy another collection I need help, I have hundreds of their polishes and only do my own fing nails! 🙄 I use to love Harvest in our Church. Everyone all getting together to decorate the church. It smelled divine! Then we made up hampers for the older people in the congregation. We didn’t smack the hampers of fresh fruit and veg off anything to make them easier to eat though!! 🤣😂 that’s bloody hilarious. Was lovely hearing you in such good form. Well Hello Jo, All doing well across the pond. I took a break from doing my nails since spring cuz of my garden, which produced 16 Quarts of pasta sauce! Now we are in a bad drought so only watering now to keep my lavender from dieing. Anyway, we have a new president here. Not sure if I will like him this go round cuz if you remember in the last one I hated him with mad passion! So I will give him a chance. So I'm back doing my nails again. I still have halloween nails at the moment but will be making them falling this weekend. We have been doing great here cuz its been warm outside. It's a very weird fall this year. The second way you said Ankh is correct. The way I understand it, the first Christian’s in Egypt adopted it as way to wear a cross in secret to avoid persecution. Similarly to how some French used the Fleir-de-lis (sp) as a representation of a cross. But don’t take my word for it. Either way, it’s gorgeous. I love Egyptian history & may have to gift myself this necklace. 😊

Yes, it will.. try it, you can make gorgeous ones, but try to stay in the same brand to avoid curing issues or double cure to be sure.. 😘😘

Yep, as Kim says. It's better to use a top coat that isn't no-wipe, so there is still a tacky layer after curing (helps adhesion of whatever you put on top).

I had to rewind 5min back to that spot bc nothing that you said after that even registered, I spent a whole 5 minutes justifying the reality of that statement and thought up a few applicable situations wherein what sounds like an oxymoron is actually a totally legitimate statement! See? I told you our brains work the same (aka they don’t ever stfu!). Let’s just say there’s a whole lot of rewinding happening when I attempt to watch any video of whatever content. My favorite ones are those wherein the person very confidently makes a statement that is wholly incorrect or inaccurate but they will DOUB-LE DOWN on that shit. Very entertaining 100% recommend, 5 out of 5 gold ⭐️ stars 😆 This next part is meant specifically for you- if I had your email address, I’d send it that way but alas, this is the best I’ve got right now and this is important so… Don’t be so hard on yourself and have impossible expectations during the holidays this year…I know the last few have completely overwhelmed you to the extreme and you felt like you were in free fall from all the stress. I’ve mentioned previously that I feel some sort of kinship with you and I feel like we handle (okay, neglect) shit in a very similar way. Your words have been plucked straight from my brain hundreds of times and when you start thinking out loud, the random shit you say follows the same insane stream-of-consciousness process, the we tend to draw the very same conclusions lol…the similarities have actually gotten a little creepy sometimes😂 ANYWAY- back on track- While I absolutely adore your advent design countdowns every December, what I’d love even more is you not overdoing it and ending up going into hiding for weeks just to level out and back down off the ledge. Your mental health and overall well being are more important than any content you could ever roll out and most of us would prefer to know you’re relaxing and enjoying the holidays and not on the floor in the fetal position after 20+ hours of editing and no sleep (been there😝). Please don’t do that to yourself; while I hate to see it, I hate even more that there’s nothing I can do to directly help you other than letting you know you’re supported and you’re loved. Do YOU this year, don’t sacrifice your holiday cheer just to get a 20 minute video out. No content is worth the inevitable anxiety storm. Sending love and then some xx Kari
