Thinking about route density, do you ever just do all the cleanups in a neighborhood like this at once, or does that make too much in a day?

Cleanups are to much for one day. We do however mow all these houses in one stop. About 19 houses in around 4 hours.

I have a small landscaping company and I'm always curious what other people are charging because leave removals are the hardest for me to price

Usually our minimum is $350. That being said I do go below that in certain situations. I didn’t think it would have been appropriate to charge that price for 30 minutes worth of work. Every location the pricing is different. I’ve made friends with every lawn company around but one. We all share our prices and questions with each other. I’d recommend reaching out to other owners locally and making friends with them. More than not they will be happy to share prices and ideas.
