This run-through is striking me as just a watered-down nuzlock challenge. Aside from a few early game hurdles, this challenge seems pretty easy to be honest. Still entertaining, but I think making it harder would be more interesting, especially considering you've played this game so much and definitely have the knowledge to pull it off from memory.

To get through Sabrina's gym, you just walk up and down on the warp pads (so if you're on a bottom pad, just walk up, and vice versa). The process takes you through all of the rooms but you make it to Sabrina in the end.

Scykoh, rare candies can be used as a revive of sorts. If you use it on a fainted Pokemon, it'll recover like 2 hp when you use it on them. Just some info that'll probably help.

Sabrina's gym is ALWAYS THE SAME. After taking the first warp, you go straight down or straight up 3 times, then you go right and bam ur there. Also known as ABCDO.

Scykoh, this is just my personal experience, but I think all Gym Leader, Elite Four, and Rival battles (including Champion fight), they all have same number of healing items as their number of Pokemon on hand. They just only use it at very low yellow to red health.

Just saying, Scykoh. The Alakazam line of pokemon has pretty bad special defense. In Gen 1 their high special made them broken, so when special was split into sp. atk and sp. def in gen 2, alakazam's sp. def was nerfed

And you needlessly waste your PP on moves you might need later by not knowing things. The Physical/Special split happened in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and carried over into LeafGreen/FireRed. Plus, even if it didn't, Bite is a Physical move as you could tell if you paid attention to the Mime's HP. Hell, a Water Gun would have knocked it out at the last moment.
