Faker is so much HIM that if you took his accomplishments and divided them in half, he would still be comfortably in first place - and his teammates would be the next closest behind him. You should watch the Faker By the Numbers short video showing his stats. Some of them are legitimately insane. He has 5 championships. Korea has only been able to compete for 11 years. He has won almost HALF of all possible worlds titles since then. He's 1st in basically every relevant stat. He's so incredibly far ahead of every other player stats-wise that there likely isn't even a possibility that someone will catch him because the game might just not live long enough for someone to do it.

the khaz on mid kill is actually pretty lame to see on todays standard but keep in mind thats way back on 2013 where theres still not much thing as if ur getting poke on the lane u should just play safe back in that day even when khaz was low on health as soon as he get that evolve he can actually pressure nidalee at a certain window of timing on their lvls and items thats why faker go for the kill so he could get an advantage when khaz respawn almost no pros actually talk about that kind of laning strat until they notice how he dominates the lane and take almost a one sided approach of lane dominance

in short fakers game knowledge at that point in the game is years ahead compare to other pros he basically play every champion that he sees fit on mid whether they fit in the meta or not and for that reason he is also the reason why the champion ryze got nerf for like 3-5 patches after he win worlds he basically the only pro who pick ryze and dominates lane with it
