@@SakiSkai well said bro, this guy trashtalks gameplay from over a decade ago xD when many people started playing in s2. Btw this was the league I loved, i remember it like yesterday, there were very broken champs and tactics and you could really 1v9 most of the time. Now it is more balanced and much more team oriented. (As a MOBA should be I guess) But I appreciated old league much more. I wish Chronoshift project was still around. Thanks for sharing

I remember this map when i started to play LoL, i only played on this map because somehow it was recommended for new players. I remember playing malzahar on this map, i played him because he looked cool, i remember a game where a tryndamere destroyed me, and i looked at his items and buy them for malzahar too because i thought it was OP, and there i was playing malzahar with infinity edges, phantom dancer, lifesteal...

I have been playing the game for almost 12 years at this point, and this map holds some of the best memories! We couldn't play a normal game because there were 6 of us on our Skype call, so we split the group up, and then we got matched up against each other xD. I will never forget that game. Eventually, some of the boys' brothers started to prank call us just to get the upper hand, but at the end of the day, my team won ;)

I legit learned the game in the old 3v3 man this map was so unique,to the overlay, to the colour palette to the ost. Reworked one was decent too, such a shame they removed it

If they bring it back it need to be a newer map. Twisted Treeline runs on an old environment renderer that is not around, if they wanted to bring the map again it will need to be rebuilded entirely. The only map that was rebuilded as-in was actual Howling Abyss. Also it can’t comeback because utilizing a map on an old renderer prevents Riot from adapting newer versions of DirectX.

I don't think that they disagree adding this into rotating game modes would make a lot of players happy and make a lot of money for Riot. Release this for 2 months, put it in the rotating gamemode for 2 months a year and it'll be good, just don't change the graphics because we want this style nothing new.

This is the reason why i hate Riot, the have the resourses but for some stupid reason the decided just deleted the 3v3 mode.

It was deleted for many reasons: 1. Low percentage of players, lots of bots that were grinding levels. 2. Twisted Treeline the same as Dominion are running on an old environment renderer, and the map need to be rebuilded entirely to be implement over again. The only map that has been rebuilded as-in was actual Howling Abyss. 3. Utilizing the map on such a old renderer prevents Riot from adapting newer versions of DirectX. Also Riot Reinboom back then when TT got removed said that they might even not make a skin the same as Elementalist Lux due to technological issues.
