The cinematic is about The Past, The Present and The Future. The Past is of Kayle and Morgana, before they decided to go their separate ways of dealing with justice. It also explains how Aatrox already knows them despite not knowing Demacia itself, simply cuz at the time this happened Demacia wasn't Demacia yet. The Future is of Yasuo, fighting one last time when Ionia got invaded again and at the end Kindred kills him while Yasuo accepting the arrow of the Lamb. The Present is of Tryndamere, and his non acceptance of death, both by the Wolf and the Lamb, due to his partial "anger fueled blood magic''. Everytime he ults he sees the actual death - Kindred , instead of his enemies. Also the girl at the end is called Ashe - she's his wife. She techincally showed Kindred that Tryndamere is still alive, so she goes away and leave him.

Yasuo probably does NOT die from kindred's arrow (thus accepting death) because, in the new skin of old yasuo, if he sees the animation of him deflecting all the arrows coming from the sky and then being pierced in the chest by the WOLF

check out Necrit's video if you want to understand all the lore, but Yasuo was killed by the arrows of the bandits (who he saves because he doesn't kill ANYONE in that scene)...in his mind (or his spirit in the death realm) the arrow of the lamb peacefully ends him as he accepts his death (which is why the Wolf sits in the distance in the trees waiting). Tryndamere resists death and thus in his mind fights the wolf every time he uses his undying rage. In reality, Trynd was fighting the Winter's claw soldiers (he killed 4, Ashe killed 2, and thus Kindred faded because Trynd survived)

The theme of this Cinematic is death here in present past and future. Hence why you see the past of Kayle and Morgana when they were still fighting on the same side, then you see the future Yasuo so old, and then you see the present Tryndamere using his ultimate to not die and fighting Kindred (death) before Ash his wife went for his aid.

He was alone since the end of existence, and since he was the one who transfers people to the other world when they take their last breath, no one liked him. Because he, as a separate death, represented the loss of a loved one. So that he wouldn't use the ax {"sword blades"} himself, with one cut he divided his entity into two Aspects of death, a direct and almost painless death of a Sheep & a slow & bloody death of a Wolf.

(scene one) The Kayle/Morgana(past) scene is where Morgana lets go of her sword, apparently using a non-heavenly force to bind Aatrox. Kayle looks down on her because she considers such powers to be inferior and falls into his eyes, but continues to finishes the job. Aatrox, who is actually the "sword", is seen falling. So the boat can be killed by kayle. You can see a shadow of Kindred(Lamb) briefly in Kayle's flames. (second scene) Yasuo's old(future) scene, is he fighting these mercenaries? I don't know what it is, protecting those who are left, at the end with the many arrows we see a form of a Wolf who is the kindred and then among the arrows we also see the arrow from kindred which means yas died and this was the last battle (third scene)Tryndamere's scene is fighting to the death with unknown enemies and then literally fighting death itself. The fight with Kindred is a metaphysical representation of what happens during Tryndamere's ultimate which can't die for several seconds. In the end, it seemed that Tryndamere's time was running out and the enemies would kill him (so he was ready to drop the arrow and kindred), since the ult would not protect him but his wife ashe appeared and saved him, if she is still his wife, I have no idea haha we see his role as an incarnation or aspect of death since he appears 4 times:

So the song really goes with the theme of the video which is Death always being around. Whether it’s the past (1st Battle), the future (2nd battle), or the present (3rd battle). Death is portrayed by kindred who is both the lamb and the wolf as seen in the third scene. Wolf grants a brutal vicious painful death to those who fight against it where as lambs arrow grants a quick painless death. In the first battle we see Aatrox going against the twin sisters Kayle and Morgana. At the very end of the battle we see kindreds outline in the flames because Aatrox is immortal so death is still there even though it claim Aatrox. I’m the second scene we see an old war torn yasuo who has probably seen death before but also created a lot of it. As he see the volley of arrows coming his way you can see wolfs outline by the trees ready to pounce if he decides to fight but yasuo knows it’s his time and accepts kindreds arrow which we see. The third scene actually begins the video. With an injured. tryndamere being surrounded by enemies and closing his eyes as he see the silhouette of an archer. When he opens his eyes in the third scene we see his actual battle against death. Wolf portrays the enemies he is fighting against where as lamb portrays the fight against his body to survive. But since he is infused with blood magic he can’t die. And just as kindred is about to take another shot we see Ashe his oath sworn wife come in as death fades away knowing it’s no longer needed.
