I can't remember if this already happened in the show, so potential spoiler, but I mean, remember when All Might was teaching Deku how to just send OFA to specific parts of his body at the very moment he needed it, and Deku realized it made sense All Might wasn't always at 100 % because if All Might was walking around at 100% OFA at all times he'd be causing storms, tornadoes and weather changes just walking around. Mangaka said he wanted to try some horora and.... he did it. Shigaraki in the manga is a demon from nightmares, pure water, a horrid bloody meat body, with a broken jaw and teeth, with a snail and burns all over his body. If they hadn't censored it there would have been 18+. I am generally silent about Dabi in the future. I strongly advise you to read manga, everything is much bloodier there. Dabi and Shigaraki are the purest bloody demons who do not feel sorry for themselves at all. Sometimes even screamers...

I went and looked at it, and honestly to me, it's just poorly drawn. Obviously they did censor it, but it would have made so much more sense to have Deku's first hitting shiggy instead of being mid punch and showing the aftermath. The manga page could even be interpreted as Shiggy biting Deku, but he lost teeth, because Deku's arm was too strong.

I think there's definitely some dramatic irony that the guy who Erases people's quirks is now in danger of losing his own quirk. But also, can we talk about Compress coming in with the clutch assists lately? Man has been going crazy with the support This episode was Shigaraki going Plus Ultra. We saw a lot of heroes going beyond their limits in this arc. Mirko, Hawks, Endeavor, and many others. But this is Shigaraki's moment to push past his body's limits and go beyond. Even as the damage accumulates without his quirk, he remembers his dream. He remembers why he's fighting. He remembers his origin. And that's all the motivation he needs. Because no one was there to save him, hero or civilian, because no one reached out to him, he became who he is today. He was taken in by the worst man imaginable. And now he will reach his own hand out to the world and decay it down to the roots. Until the whole system that's full of rot and maggots has been crumbled to dust.

If it was me, i would just grab his upper jaw,put my legs on shoulders and pull by using 100% of my strength while using black whip at 100% to keep him trapped. Just rip that head off nice and clean,then put it on the ground and perform five 100% smashes on it. Then tell endeavour to incinerate the rest of his body just to be sure before aizawa releases his quirk effect,and there we have a quirk happy ending. But then again that type of thinking is exactly why all might will never give the quirk to someone like me.
