Why 2 little chili's is their 10k shu units each. Halbanaro peppers can cause welts on your toung and cheeks. The best for the heat is actualy bread to soak up the capsaicin oil. Chew it up the bread then spit it out. It will be red from capsaicin. The heat only last for about 1 hour.

He took off the stalk to put on the table then looked like he pretended to eat the pepper while it was deeply stuffed in the tissue. His hand then went quickly into his lap.
