Leah McSweeney files new court papers against Andy Cohen

Leah McSweeney is going after Andy Cohen in court - again. The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star filed a lawsuit claiming the Bravo bigwig had deviously attempted to exploit her struggle with alcohol to drive up ratings for the reality show. She’s still pursuing that case. But she’s now added new claims to the same suit, Page Six Deputy Editor Oli Coleman is breaking down the new legal drama.

Also he British dude is very incorrect Andy can sure her for liable as a counter beucase she’s made this accusation in defaming his name as a public figure and in this liable case he would have to prove she’s lying and did it with malice. So if he released a public statement saying he would sue and that stopped her from, continuing her case then she never had one to begin with.
