Recordings are allowed as long as one party being recorded knows he is being recorded, in this case, sonko knew he is being recorded..infact he was the one recording. So, in this case its legal.

Fellow Kenyans Nairobi affairs are ran over the phone for 5 minutes along with family intros by governor and his ex-deputy. Igathe all corporate and educated but always busy running other businesses on the side. Mara KQ mara I was busy etc. Sonko is not the brightest and we know his deals are never straight. In conclusion, there is no dedication, discipline, confidentiality, accountability, records, professionalism and commitment to the calling to serve Nairobians.
