@sully faide has the smartest, consistent, and fast movement but as far as straight up movement goes he isn’t the best. though i would consider him the best “movement player” just because of how well he utilizes movement

Y'all need to stop comparing an octane main with a wraith main. The way you play both of these characters are different. Octane stims. And wraith phases. Close range octane would be great, mid to long range wraith is great. Wraith can reposition after taking damage then finish you with mid or long range. Octane can close the gap on you and won't give you time to react. In general, wraith mains play the long battle. Octane mains play the short battle.
