@@learnandapply yes sir I am doing g a project where my average handling time is 180 minutes Now in define phase when we select a goal to reduce the aht by xx% to 150 min or 140 min.. How do we stastically validate if it even achievable or not.... My data is non normal...and as per my company project guidelines.. I have to do a hypothesis test here... Clearly stating a null and alternate hypothesis... I don't know what do hypothesis do I take here...
