I am 22, going 23. I am currently going back to school to then get to uni. Life happened. I am realigning my goals and myself. Sometimes, I don't know how to console myself about that. Yo, ashwagandha + caffeine can put your mind into a focus mode. Google says "Ashwagandha increases the alertness effect of caffeine as its alertness takes a longer time to wear off. Ashwagandha helps balance out the side effects of caffeine while improving the benefits of caffeine." I take L-theanine with my tea every day. They are very similar, but I get all the focus without the jitters. It's been fantastic for desk work, but nootropics like l-theanine and ashwagandha during leisure/relaxing might not be it.

Hi Leandra! First of all, congratulations on being 5 months away from grad!!!! And second, how did you excel at reading comprehension tests, especially when you had to take the LSATs and other law school exams?

Hi! First of all, thank you! Second, I have always been a big reader and my undergrad major (Criminology) required a lot of reading also so I've actively always been working on my reading comprehension. A good tip I learned early on for passage analysis is to paraphrase each paragraph. It forces you to engage and really check in with what you are reading!
