Members of the U.S. Navy Parachute Team, the Leap Frogs, jump into Neyland Stadium to kick off the Orange vs. White UT Vols Spring Scrimmage football game as part of Knoxville Navy Week, April 16, 2016.
The Navy Week program is designed to raise awareness about the Navy in areas across the country that traditionally do not have a naval presence, and to bring America's Navy closer to the people it protects through community relation projects, speaking engagements, science, technology, engineering and math demonstrations and media interviews with flag hosts and local area Sailors. He couldn't have exactly done much about it! You got a video of you or someone else performing a similar jump, letting the flag fly and then focus on catching it and pulling it up instead of, i dunno, landing safely?

+Ferl M The flag i s not backwards, The blue field of stars should always be in the highest position of honor. When viewing the flag on a wall, the highest position of honor is the upper left when displayed horizontally, and at the top (upper left) when displayed vertically. When displayed on a "moving object" like a person or vehicle, the highest position of honor is the front, and not the rear; so the field of blue should be displayed to the front. This is why the military wears the flag reverse on there uniform. Displaying the military is always moving forward.

I thought the navy was a confidential part of the military.but since the leap frogs are a public relations team i agree with the description cause everyone who doesn't have a naval presence should. In case of an attack they have the ability to fight back and defend themselves.
