Studiologic Numa Compact 2x through a Leslie

Hey Keith, just watched your Numa though a leslie, it sounds great!!! You did an awesome job demonstrating it! I'll have to try my numa 2x through our leslie 145 when I can pickup the preamp pedal in storage... I'm liking the numa 2x organ more than my Kurzweil PC3K organ so far. My numa 2x is pretty good overall especially for the $800 price. I like the action too.

Wow that sounds pretty fantastic! So if you had a gig where you didn't need the Numa for piano songs, and ONLY needed one board to play organ - you choosing the Numa or the Roland?

Well, in my opinion, If I a had Leslie Sim pedal, I would use the Numa. I dont like the leslie sim on the numa. The Roland has a good Leslie sim on it, however volume levels are all over the place. It's a tough beast to control. The numa is easy to control. But my opinion could change. You see I use the Numa for Pianos, so I never sat down and tried to tweak the Leslie. I have the new OS in it that gives you more stuff for the organ. So I should get in there and mess around , just in case.

I have the NC2x also ,but never used with any rotary, as you showed, sounds very good with the real Leslie., the last update of the Numa had improvement on the rotary, which in my opinion still isn't as good as I would use it with the Mini Ventilator that I have.

Yeah! The board is amazing! Except for the Leslie sim! Now if you run it in Stereo the sim sounds a lot better. But how many people do that? Thanks for watching

You know Joey Francesco originally played and supported the Numa Organ , and the NC2X organ part comes from that Clone.

For one, It's a Fatar Keybed. Fatar owns Studiologic. Next, it's semi-weighted, but has a great Piano feel to it. Plays like: Nord electro 6D, Roland A30 controller. I love it! Action is yet light enough to play organ without being bummed out. lol! Thanks for watching.

Led strip lights with a control board. you can buy those pretty much everywhere.
