I've played this before I wouldn't eat it with the KT with a baron it floods your board and stops the handless from reborning which is really important for vsing big stats

Why not place Recurring nightmare on the left of Kel Thuzad in order to spread permanently the death rattle?

The death rattle(DR) will occur before reborn. Which means less host for reocurring nightmare to reocurr

My understanding is that the thought process is that they don't need more Nightmare, they want to farm attack so that the token spawns can kill the 400/400 murlocs. Spawning a few more 30/1s isn't as important as getting golden Anub proccing 8 times (1xKT, 2xAnub with reborn, 1xnew Anub) with Titus to pump damage through the roof

You can highroll really high attack, but it's often not even enough to counter other comps. Scaling is too slow

Moroes+KT builds are a thing as well. And high attack Champion ones as well, but they are quite a bit weaker, I think

You can, but it depends solely on the lobby.

Yeah, double deathrattles with KT and either Moroes/Anub can still give wins, assuming you have enough stats/hands to maintain a full board.
