Unable to add Artspira to the 1055X - I have it on my Luminaire 3. Why???

Hi, thanks for watching☺️ If you update your machine to the latest version , ( that should be an automatic process... you should have an exclamation warning ‼️ showing up near the bottom of your LCD panel if you haven't updated it properly yet). Once you update it then Artspira will download to your PR1055X automatically. If this doesn't happen then I suggest you reach out to your dealer first further instructions/ help.
