hey, I just downloaded the browser extension and put US dollar coins in there (to take advantage of the airdrop offer) and my funds dissapeared! Have I been scammed? not sure what happened

Safepal said if hardware wallet is opened or seals broken when you recieve it in the post , they say to still use it and not send it back , but to trust the "Genuine Device" check as you set it up. ? Does this sound safe ?

I accidentally deleted the app, when I downloaded it again and entered my passphrase, the wallet became 0. But my cryptocurrency remained in the browser extension. But you can't get out of there. Support is not responding. Are there any advanced settings to withdraw from the extension or is your wallet just a scam?

It can take up to 72 hours to get a response. As long as you have the correct seed phrase and passphrase you can recover your wallet without any issues.
